Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

If cancelled within 24 hours up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of the appointment value charged.

If cancelled within 4 hours or NO-shows, clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value, since we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.

Your appointments are your reservations with our technicians and therapists and we have reserved their time to you and only you.
